  1. Marine Plywood (Hardwood)
    • Thickness Available: 4, 6, 9, 12, 15, 19, 25 mm
    • Sizes Availabe: 8' x 4' (2440mm x 1220mm)
    • Face & back: Species - Dipterocarpus (Gurjan) Sp., grade BB/CC smooth face, free from open defect with uniform colour and thickness
    • Core veneers: Species - Dipterocarpus (Gurjan) Sp., and / or Batula (Birch) free from defects and uniform thickness
    • Glue: Un-Extended Phenol Formaldehyde Synthetic Resin (WBP)
    • Density: Approximately 750 to 831 Kg. / m3 (Heavy weight strong plywood)
  2. Commercial Plywood (Hardwood)
    • Exterior Grade(WBP)
      • Thickness Available: 4, 6, 9, 12, 15, 19 mm
      • Sizes Availabe: 8' x 4' (2440mm x 1220mm)
      • Face & back: Species - Dipterocarpus (Gurjan) Sp., grade BB/CC smooth face, free from open defect with uniform colour and thickness
      • Core Veneers: Species - Eucalyptus & popolar free from defects adn uniform thickness
      • Glue: Phenol Formaldehyde Resin Adhesive
      • Density: 530Kg./m3 (Light weight plywood)
    • Interior Grade (MR)
      • Thickness Available: 4, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18 mm
      • Sizes Availabe: 8' x 4' (2440mm x 1220mm)
      • Face & back: Species - Dipterocarpus (Gurjan) Sp., grade BB/CC smooth face, free from open defect with uniform colour and thickness
      • Core Veneers: Species - Eucalyptus & popolar free from defects adn uniform thickness
      • Glue: Urea / Melamine Formaldehyde Resin Adhesive
      • Density: 530Kg./m3 (Light weight plywood)
  3. Flexi Plv
    • Thickness available - 5mm
    • Sizes Availabe: 8' x 4' (2440mm x 1220mm)
    • Composition: Dipterocarpus species, hot pressed with thermosetting WBP grade adhesive
    • Density: 0.75 gm / cc
    • Bending radious: 360° at minimum for 5mm - 10cm diameter and for 8mm - 12cm diameter.

 

Strenght of GREENPLY Plywood.

  • No face chip-off, no de lamination, minimum core gap, overlap free, blister free, uniform glue penetration, no warping/no twisting, smooth surface, no thikness variation or under thickness, borer free, termite resistance.
  • Uniform construction - 18mm with 13ply, 15mm with 11ply, 12mm with 9ply, 9mm with 7ply, 6mm with 5ply and 3.6 / 4mm with 5ply
